Bounty of Kashii – credible but non-canon

The light-blue winged helmet and the orange kilt don't announce Kashii as a fighter at all — it took the exposure of a fifty-year-old institutional lie to see him actually throw a punch. Alongside Oimo, Kashii had guarded the entrance to Enies Lobby for half a century, convinced he was serving a sentence meant to free his captains, Dorry and Brogy, who had in fact never been held by anyone at all.

The turn takes minutes. The moment the lie collapses, Kashii and Oimo swing their fists at the very guards they had been protecting seconds before. Together, the two of them take down the Kairiki Destroyers, the three most feared fighters in the Franky Family after Franky himself — then catch Sogeking mid-fall and throw him bodily back onto the deck to rejoin his own crew, with neither giant bothering to claim credit for either act afterward.

The whole episode lasts the length of one battle, after fifty years of institutional stillness — and it's precisely that outburst, not the five decades of silent guard duty, that could have justified a file. A giant who turns his fists on the institution that deceived him is, on paper, an act of open rebellion. It produced neither investigation nor number: the World Government, busy burying its own defeat at Enies Lobby, had no interest in publicizing the moment its own former gatekeepers turned.
