Bounty of Kashii – credible but non-canon

Sixty-three years ago on Elbaph, Kashii asked a young Charlotte Linlin whether she was ready for the winter solstice festival, then tried and failed to restrain her when she tore through the village over a semla. Around then he was also the one wondering aloud how Dorry and Brogy's duel could drag on for nearly forty years, while Oimo wanted to give it ten more before going to look. They set out on schedule, and the Marines picked them up on the way and made them the gatekeepers of Enies Lobby.

In the Government's service he was formidable. When the Franky Family forces the main gate, he and Oimo drop the Kairiki Destroyers, the gang's three strongest after Franky, in an instant. It takes the Galley-La foremen to bring him down, and in the end it is Oimo's own club, baited by Zambai standing on Kashii's face, that knocks him cold.

So he is out when Sogeking tells Oimo their captains were never taken. Back on his feet, he switches sides with him at once. The two cross the island with foremen riding their shoulders, take over the courthouse door from the fallen giant frog Yokozuna, and hurl Sogeking onto the roof to rejoin the Straw Hats. Only a flood of Marines and agents manages to tie them down.

Two years later at Egghead he helps Oimo hold back the Elder Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, who had just cut Sanji down, falls to the Elder's shockwave, then to Vice Admiral Doll. The papers go on to list the Giant Warrior Pirates among the instigators of the incident, and the captains' bounties soar. Oda has put no number on Kashii: whether he is wanted is unknown, publicly at least, though members of a crew of that caliber are the kind the Marines can put a price on.
