Kumadori carries no devil fruit. Along with Fukuro, he's the only CP9 agent without one, fighting instead through Life Return — a technique that puts normally automatic parts of the body under conscious command, down to bristling or rigid hair used as living armor. Layered onto the six standard Rokushiki skills, it builds a fighter who needs no bought or inherited power to stand among the organization's strongest.

He's a walking contradiction: a man who commands every muscle in his body but never his own tears. He weeps constantly mid-fight, striking poses lifted from kabuki theater and sumo wrestling, and the same tears come back at the sight of a sunset or a passing memory that has nothing to do with how any fight is going — hardly the profile of an agent meant to vanish into the background. It's Chopper, transformed into Monster Point by a third Rumble Ball, who finally brings him down.

Cross Guild has never published a figure or a symbol for him, a silence shared with his CP9 colleagues — but for Kumadori that blank carries an extra edge: how do you price a man who never needed a power borrowed from nature to be a threat, yet who betrays his inner state with every single attack he throws, on duty or off?

A body that obeys any command and a face that can hide nothing belong to the same man. That tension, not raw strength, is what actually defines his file.
