    CONFIDENTIAL

Gismonda shares Joseph's exact mission at Dressrosa — dressing up Doflamingo's Warlord revocation as a printing error — and yet their files don't close the same way. Joseph ends up fleeing Onigashima under fire; Guernika dies there on the Five Elders' direct order. Gismonda passes through both arcs without a single source attaching a defeat, a defection, or an ending to his name.

Sent secretly to Wano, he counts among the guests received by Shogun Kurozumi Orochi at the Fire Festival — present exactly where everything turns, without any scene later placing him at the center of the fight against the Beasts Pirates or the Straw Hats. His look is nonetheless one of the group's most recognizable: a brush-shaped grey-blue beard, white robes, a pearl necklace centered on a pale blue bead, a dark red mask locked in a permanent scowl, flat black dreadlocks under a wide collar. He receives Orochi's invitation to the Fire Festival just as Joseph does — two masked agents seated at the very table of the shogun they're about to watch fall.

No Cross Guild rating touches his name, consistent with the rest of CP0. But unlike his colleagues from the same unit, his file records literally nothing after Wano — no victory, no capture, no disappearance. On a registry that otherwise tracks the outcome of nearly every agent sent to Onigashima, Gismonda remains the one entry in the group for which even the right question to ask stays unclear.
