Bounty of Figarland Garling – credible but non-canon

Garling delivered the blow that ended Rocks D. Xebec at God Valley, backed by two fellow God's Knights after Roger and Garp had already worn him down — one of the best-documented victories in this entire dataset, since Rocks himself was never given a figure either. As Supreme Commander of the God's Knights for decades, he had already led that same unit through the World Nobles' triennial hunting tournament, and no report anywhere has ever called any of it a crime.

Chapter 1125: Imu promotes him to Elder, Warrior God of Science and Defense — the title Saturn held right up until Imu personally stripped it from him, pages earlier, over a failure at Egghead. Garling inherits a seat his own sovereign just vacated by execution, with no comparable fault ever raised against him.

He is also, in a completely different register, the father of twins Shanks and Figarland Shamrock — one who became a pirate Emperor by turning his back on his World Noble rank, the other who stayed in command of the very Knights he once served under. None of it has ever produced an openable file: not the killing at the top of a case that was never closed, not the recent promotion, not the fatherhood. Cross Guild rates officers who lose filmed duels; on the man who ended Rocks D. Xebec, himself never priced either, it has published nothing at all.
