    CONFIDENTIAL

Warcury opens the fighting at Egghead before a single one of the Five Elders has taken a hit: a Conqueror's Haki roar that knocks Marines unconscious for kilometers around and staggers the giants Dorry and Brogy before either of them has attacked anyone at all. His Devil Fruit, a Mythical Zoan modeled on the two-headed Fengxi boar of Chinese mythology, reduced here to a single head, folds his tusks into blades, which he then swings at both giants until their shields stop him cold.

The irony sits in the title itself. The man carrying the name of Justice inside the World Government strikes first, against a force that was shielding a fleeing teenager rather than committing any crime of its own. Nothing recovered from the Egghead chapters shows the giants attacking before he does.

As with the other four Elders in this batch, no institution has ever put a number on him, not before that fight and not after it. The Marine lists him nowhere; Cross Guild, which happily rates officers several ranks below his, has never touched his case either. The silence here isn't the product of a man hiding — Warcury attacks in broad daylight — but of a position so far above the ordinary hierarchy that no existing organization has ever presumed to price it. No footage, no report, no follow-up appearance places him back in any engagement after that day; the file simply stops where the fight does.
