Bounty of Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro – credible but non-canon

Nusjuro holds the title Warrior God of Finance — in theory, the man who presides over the value of everything in the World Government's ledgers, the same logic of value that fixes every bounty elsewhere on this registry. His own file carries no figure at all. Cross Guild, which converted admirals' crowns into billions of berries without a second thought, has never published a single number on the man supposedly embodying the very idea of price.

His Devil Fruit, a Mythical Zoan modeled on the Bakotsu, a scorched horse reduced to bare bone in Japanese folklore, awakens in chapter 1110 through a transformation sequence unlike any other Elder's: the human half of his body catches fire before the horse's skull emerges, a hybrid stuck permanently between a man and an animal that never quite finishes dying. No other scene recovered from Egghead shows the form used offensively, and no later appearance has added anything to the file since.

What sets Nusjuro apart from the other four Elders in this batch isn't a feat of arms — it's an irony of function. He is the one man in the entire registry whose official job is to assess value, while remaining, himself, completely outside anyone's assessment. Cross Guild rates the people who fight; it has never so much as glanced at the one who, on paper, decides what fighting is even worth.
