THE ULTIMATE ONE PIECE BOUNTY ARCHIVE

Jaygarcia Saturn’s REWARD poster, whose existence is plausible but not officially confirmed.

Of the eight files in this batch, Saturn's is the only closed one — because he is dead. Chapter 1125, mere weeks after Egghead had given the public a face to put on the name. Five Elders had ruled from the shadows for decades with no image attached to any of them; Saturn, Warrior God of Science and Defense, awakens the Ushi Oni no Mi, a Mythical Zoan fruit fusing a bull's torso onto a spider's body, to personally escort Kizaru to Egghead and oversee the elimination of Dr. Vegapunk — the first time any of the Five leaves Mary Geoise during the entire arc.
The mission fails. Luffy escapes. What Cross Guild could never have priced, Imu handles personally, stripping Saturn of the immortality that protects every Elder and reducing him to a lifeless skeleton in front of the other four. No pirate, no Marine, no rival produced that outcome — only the ruler Saturn served had the power to punish him, and it happened over a failed assignment, not a crime in any sense this registry recognizes. Losing that fight cost him more than status; it cost him the one thing the immortality was supposed to guarantee.
That distinction matters. Rob Lucci and Kaku stay unfiled because nobody has ever agreed on where to file them; Saturn had a file that would eventually have opened somewhere, and instead it slammed shut for good, before Cross Guild ever got the chance to write a single number in it.
