Bounty of Jora – credible but non-canon

Aboard the Thousand Sunny, several Straw Hats briefly find themselves turned into misshapen sculptures — the work of Jora's Ato Ato no Mi, which treats living bodies as raw material with the cold logic of an artist who has never needed her subject's consent. Forty-five years old and an officer of the Trebol Army, she owns that logic outright, hostages included, and she treats every objection to that logic as a critic who simply does not understand the piece.

Brook's counter is almost a joke in itself: rather than trying to break the spell directly, he simply takes back his own sword, one of the objects she had transformed along with the crew — and reclaiming that one specific object undoes the effect on every crewmate tied to it. A fruit built to turn living things into objects backfires the moment a single object gets returned to its rightful owner. Nami and Momonosuke finish the fight once she has lost that edge.

She also raised Dellinger from the moment he was abandoned as an infant — a de facto maternal role inside a pirate crew, running alongside her own combat career and her own eventual capture, taken along with the rest of the Family once Doflamingo falls.

No figure has ever been shown to the reader for her, neither confirmed nor ruled out — an artist whose work was only ever judged by passing opponents, never by any official record anyone gets to read.
