Kouzuki Momonosuke’s WANTED poster — neutralized version.

Since childhood, Momonosuke has carried a fruit engineered in a lab during the Punk Hazard arc — an artificial copy built by Dr. Vegapunk from Kaido's own Lineage Factor, replicating the Uo Uo no Mi, Model Azure Dragon. Unlike Caesar Clown's SMILEs, which almost always fail and grant no real transformation, this one works: Vegapunk calls it flawed only because the resulting dragon is pink where Kaido's was blue. The power has existed since well before Wano, not as some inheritance triggered by the Emperor's death — an easy mix-up the story never actually confirms.
His adult form isn't shown until chapter 1023, artificially aged by Shinobu's fruit so he can fight at Onigashima; he doesn't unleash Boro Breath, Kaido's own signature dragon attack, until chapter 1055, against Admiral Ryokugyu — years after Wano's fall, not as some immediate consequence of the victory there.
As a child, he cries and runs from danger often enough to frustrate some of his own protectors — a contrast the story keeps deliberately alive against his father's legend of bravery, one he only closes himself the moment he agrees to enter the fight at Onigashima in his aged-up form.
Son of Kozuki Oden, carried twenty years into the future by his own mother's fruit, he becomes shogun of Wano once the war ends — the first official title ever held by a child the World Government could never file a bounty on, in a country that stayed sealed shut for his entire childhood.
