No other self-proclaimed god sits anywhere else in this registry. Enel did not inherit Skypiea; he took it from Gan Fall after first razing his own home island of Birka to strip it of the reaction dials that bankrolled the takeover — a founding act his file never treats as an accident of history, but as a deliberate first move.

Six years into his reign, with the Ark Maxim finished on Shandora's stolen gold and the forced labor of the God's Army, he meets exactly one opponent able to land a hit on him: Luffy, whose rubber body structurally breaks the electrical conduction his Goro Goro no Mi depends on. That is not a win by raw power. It is the single biological counter to a Logia type that nobody else, before or since, has ever isolated with this precision — rubber against lightning, and nothing else in the whole cast comes close.

Beaten, Enel does not surrender. He launches for the Moon instead, and reaches it. On Fairy Vearth he finds a buried city carrying the exact name of the island he destroyed to leave — the kind of coincidence the story never spells out as punishment, leaving it open as a stray detail from a side story outside the main plot.

No bounty was ever posted on him, and geography explains that better than mercy would: Skypiea floated beyond any map the World Government held until the Straw Hats climbed up, a territory nobody before them had ever come back down to report. A god nobody below even knows exists cannot, by construction, be priced by the world that never saw him.
