Bounty of Kaku – credible but non-canon

Two files exist on the same man, and neither one carries a price. The first belongs to Galley-La Company: a competent shipwright, team leader of Dock One, respected for his mechanical skill. The second belongs to CP9: an agent embedded inside that same company for years to steal the Pluton blueprints from Iceburg. Kaku is both people at once — but no one, Cross Guild included, has ever merged the two files into a single record.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. Cross Guild rates identified targets, crimes tied to a name. Kaku has a name, a face, a legal employer on record — and a second employer that first file never mentions anywhere. Without that merge, there is simply nothing left to price.

At Egghead, years after Enies Lobby, he faces Zoro again, standing beside Lucci. His awakened form — the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe, which stretches his neck for Rankaku strikes — forces the fight into close range before Stussy cuts it short by neutralizing him herself. No winner is ever declared. The duel joins the rest of what the registry never settles about him: not the amount, and this time, not even the outcome of a fight the whole island watched happen in real time.

A man split across two legal identities, whose most recent battle ends without a verdict either — that, apparently, is still more than Cross Guild has worked out how to price.
