Bounty of Blueno – credible but non-canon

The Doa Doa no Mi opens a door on any surface — a wall, the floor, the air itself. Blueno used it to trap Luffy in a corridor with no visible exit during their fight at the gates of Enies Lobby, the fourth of CP9's agents to stand in his way, and before that to quietly slip away from a Water Seven bar where he tended the counter under cover, an identity none of his regulars ever suspected belonged to anyone but a bartender.

That knack for always having an exit says a great deal about why no organization has ever managed to pin him to a registry. After the two-year gap, he's promoted into CP0 alongside Kalifa — a confirmed promotion whose destination since is otherwise unknown. No recent scene shows him on a mission; no fight has reopened his file. He opened one last door, in other words, and nobody has ever seen it close.

Cross Guild, which rates admirals, vice admirals, and even a pacifist captain like Koby, has published nothing on him. That's not an oversight — it follows directly from a man whose entire profession is not staying anywhere long enough to be found. An agent whose exit is built into his own body doesn't leave the kind of trail a price tag requires.

The bartender from Water Seven has disappeared twice now: once behind his own counter, once behind his own devil fruit, and the registry has never reopened either door since.
