Bounty of Buckingham Stussy – credible but non-canon

Buckingham Stussy stands 68 centimeters tall, making her, on record, the smallest adult human in this entire database — and her history still outruns most of the taller names in it. Chosen nearly fifty years ago by Rocks D. Xebec himself to join his crew, she's one of the few confirmed survivors of God Valley, before going on to join the world's most secretive scientific circle, MADS, alongside Vegapunk, Judge, and Caesar Clown.

That institutional secrecy already explains a lot. What makes her impossible to reduce to a database row is one specific scene at Egghead: in tears in front of Marco, Whitebeard's former division commander, she asks him to have Vegapunk run a paternity test between Whitebeard and Edward Weevil, the man she introduced to the world as their shared son. A Rocks survivor reduced to demanding scientific proof for a family story — no other entry in this registry carries that scene.

The blood tie has never been confirmed by the story, nor ruled out. A bounty for Stussy would carry all the legitimacy her Rocks past provides, but she's spent her entire career on the sheltered side of the shadows, protected by an organization built to leave no trace at all. The Government, which keeps a file on Marco himself, has never had a single line to set against the woman who comes to him in tears.
