Behind the bounty
Miss Buckingham Stussy, also known as Miss Buckin, was one of Rocks D Xebec's very first recruits. More than 48 years ago she lost a Davy Back Fight to him and joined his crew, like Edward Newgate and Shiki, before the band even had its name. She tells King Harald plainly that she follows Rocks for profit, not out of loyalty. Her epithet is the Science Robber.
At God Valley she fights with a pistol and is among those who make it out when the crew scatters. She later lives off MADS, the group of scientists that brought together Vegapunk, Judge, Queen and Caesar Clown, presenting herself as a scientist. MADS cloned her 36 years ago: Stussy, its first successful clone, would go on to become a CP0 agent and Vegapunk's spy. Two women with the same face, then, but two separate people, and the second one has a page of her own.
She is also the mother of Edward Weevil, whom she presents as Whitebeard's son. Before he became a Warlord, Weevil was wanted for 480 million. On Sphinx, when Admiral Ryokugyu captures her son, she weeps; once Marco returns, she demands that he free Weevil and hand over Whitebeard's inheritance. When he shows his doubts, she answers that only Dr. Vegapunk can confirm her claim. The parentage has been neither confirmed nor ruled out since.
As for her own head, the story says neither yes nor no: no bounty has ever been mentioned under her name. For a founding member of the most feared crew of its age and a survivor of God Valley, the question is nonetheless a fair one.
