Bounty of Charlotte Galette – credible but non-canon

Charlotte Galette never attacks anyone at Whole Cake Island, and that alone sets her apart from most of the Charlotte ministers already logged in this registry. Big Mom's eighteenth daughter, older twin of Poire, she governs Margarine Island and wields the Bata Bata no Mi, a fruit that turns her body into butter — an oddly sticky, adhesive kind of butter built for pinning an opponent down rather than making anyone slip.

Her most documented scene isn't a fight. It's a plea. When Big Mom, gripped by an uncontrollable hunger fit, drains forty years of life from her own butler Moscato and leaves him for dead, it's Galette who begs her to stop — unsuccessfully, and without ever becoming a target herself. Earlier in that same battle, she's among those shown visibly shaken at the sight of her brother Cracker beaten down, without ever stepping in herself. Later, as the Whole Cake Chateau collapses beneath her, she survives again through someone else's power rather than her own, caught mid-fall by her brother Katakuri.

What results is an unusual file for this registry: no capture, no combat won or lost, no political fallout. Galette exists in the margins of Big Mom's biggest battles without ever being their stakes.

No bounty has ever been confirmed or ruled out for her. A Government that prices combat officers like Cracker or Smoothie down to the berry has apparently never had reason to open a file on a daughter of Big Mom whose only documented role is watching, powerless, while everyone else acts.
