Charlotte Daifuku’s Bounty at 300 million Berries

Daifuku does not throw punches. He rubs his belly and a halberd-wielding genie comes out of him, which is the whole of the Hoya Hoya no Mi: it turns his body into a lamp rather than a weapon. The genie is strong enough to pin Sanji flat by raw force, it throws its slashes across open water, it cuts through several Tarte ships in one swing, and it can swell until it rivals the Thousand Sunny for size.

The 300 million on him pays a station rather than a duel. Third son of the Charlotte family, an officer of the Big Mom Pirates, Minister of Beans with Poripori Island under his authority, he has men below him and takes whole fleets to sea. Jinbe, who once held a Warlord's seat, rates him a serious opponent.

His most expensive moment is his own doing. When Carrot goes Sulong, lands on his flagship and wrecks its helm, Daifuku sends the genie after her; she dodges, and the halberd tears through several ships of his own fleet with his own men aboard. The chase collapses there, and he has to board Smoothie's ship to keep it running.

His part in the affair does not close when the Whole Cake Chateau comes down. He assembles the squads sent after the escapees, throws a far larger genie at the Sunny's mast, where Sanji blocks the halberd with a leg, then follows his mother to Wano, the same genie batting away the Beasts Pirates' cannon fire while the Queen Mama Chanter climbs the waterfall, until King knocks the ship off it.

Born on a boat somewhere on the Grand Line, raised on Hachinosu back when the Rocks Pirates still held the island, he is forty-eight years old and has never once lived outside his mother's orbit. That is the thing the Marines are pricing.
