Charlotte Smoothie’s Bounty at 932 million Berries

Smoothie's number turns up in the panels that explain it best. She is guarding the Room of Treasure, where Big Mom keeps the three Poneglyphs in her possession, and she passes the wait by wringing a woman out like a wet rag to drink the juice, then dropping the dried body beside her. The Shibo Shibo no Mi squeezes the liquid out of anything that holds any, living or mineral, and her first supply is her own subordinates.

So the bounty prices a post as much as a punch: Sweet Commander, authority second only to her mother's, Minister of Juice over 100% Island. At Pudding and Sanji's wedding she works the room with drinks, offers juice pressed from volcanic rock and wrings a giraffe dry in a single grip, two things nobody is supposed to be able to squeeze at all. That is still party work.

The fighting is elsewhere. Reiju kicks poison into her arm; Smoothie wrings it back out of her own body and remarks only that the power is a nuisance. With Daifuku and Galette she puts Luffy, Sanji and Reiju down as the chateau comes apart. Chasing the Thousand Sunny, she drinks in enough liquid to grow until her own ship is close to sinking under her, then throws a flying slash of water across open sea.

She is a Longleg on her father's side, and she shows that inheritance off rather than covering it. Vito, over in Capone Bege's crew, files her among the monsters aboard, level with Katakuri. The only opponent the story really grants her is Reiju.
