Behind the bounty
Between the 130 million poster and this one, Nico Robin took down a 480 million bounty. On Onigashima, Black Maria, one of Kaido's Tobiroppo, held Sanji in her webs as bait: the plan was to capture the archaeologist for her captain, make her read the Poneglyphs he held, then kill her. Robin beat her with Demonio Fleur. With the rest of the alliance, she came out of a raid that ended with two Emperors, Kaido and Big Mom, brought down.
Strength alone presumably does not account for a figure multiplied by seven. The threat that earned her a bounty at eight never went away, and Wano showed how badly the most powerful people in the world want what she knows. Big Mom asked Kaido to keep her alive. In the middle of the battle, two CP0 agents, Guernika and Maha, were ordered to capture her on the spot, whatever the outcome of the fight. If Kaido wanted her, the most powerful players were edging closer to what the Government has feared since Ohara: her capture or death in all likelihood became more important, and more urgent, which may partly explain a jump of that size. In a sense, the amount is a bit of all of that at once.
She had not waited for Wano to be hunted, either. When she returned to Sabaody after two years spent with the Revolutionaries, government agents were already looking for her.
The 930 million makes her fifth in the crew, behind Luffy, Zoro, Jinbe and Sanji, all four past the billion in the same announcement, and more than double Franky, Brook or Nami. It is the crew's highest bounty below the billion line. The poster barely moved her: Robin was the one reading the new bounties aloud, and Chopper's disappointment took up more of her attention than her own number did.
