Behind the bounty
1,000 berries. The figure was multiplied by ten after Wano, which in absolute terms is a rise of 900 berries.
Here is what was priced at that rate. On Onigashima, Queen released a virus of his own design on the attacking force — the Ice Oni, engineered to freeze the infected, drive them into a rage and turn the alliance against itself. The contagion spread within minutes and Chopper caught it: his right arm was freezing over while he analysed the agent. He worked out anyway that heat blocked its spread, then mass-produced a cure, the Chopperphage, with Tristan and Miyagi, fired out by cannon over thousands of infected fighters.
The man who built the weapon is posted at 1.32 billion. The man who neutralised it was worth 100 berries at the time: the 1,000 only arrived once the battle was over.
He also told Queen why he had cured Queen's own men. A virus does not make a weapon, because whoever releases one loses control of it in the end. Then he took a Rumble Ball, went into Monster Point and struck him while shouting that he is not a tanuki — which is what everyone had been calling him all raid long.
What the figure does not weigh is the rest. After the battle it was Chopper who treated Zoro and Luffy, the two men the same wave of revisions had just carried past a billion. And when Robin read the crew's new bounties out loud a few days later, he was upset about his. She gave him cotton candy to console him.
