Babe’s WANTED poster with a reward of 3.2 million Berries.

Catcher-Killing, the epithet attached to Babe, actually names his weapon: Lassoo, a gun disguised as a stuffed dog that fires on command, mounted on legs and worked from a distance rather than with his own hands. The title belongs as much to the weapon as to the man holding its leash, trained to bark orders before it ever fires.
A Baroque Works agent under the code name Mr. 4, Babe works in a pair with Miss Merry Christmas in the Alabasta desert, tasked with intercepting Vivi and the Straw Hats before they reach Alubarna, keeping the princess from rallying her own people against the rebellion Baroque Works itself engineered. The trap fails against Usopp and Chopper, who turn the gun-dog's own mechanism back against its handler once they work out how Lassoo aims and reloads. Vivi, whose capture would have crippled any resistance in Alabasta, is never caught.
Three million two hundred thousand berries places Babe near the very bottom of Baroque Works' numbered agents, well behind the Officer Agents who oversee him and whose own bounties dwarf his by comparison. The figure measures neither conquered territory nor a notable victim: it measures one working part of an organization, useful only as long as the disguise holds, and worthless the moment two opponents everyone had written off took the time to figure out exactly how his weapon worked, with no loyalty to the organization surviving his own defeat.
