Alvida’s WANTED poster with a reward of 5 million Berries.

The face on her wanted poster stopped existing a long time ago. Alvida becomes the first pirate captain Luffy ever fights, at Fuchsia Village, still carrying the iron mace and the bulk that earned her the nickname Iron Mace Alvida, the terror of an entire fishing village before the boy ever showed up. Knocked out by one rubber-fueled punch, she's recruited by Buggy almost immediately afterward — then eats the Sube Sube no Mi sometime during the gap that follows: her skin turns so smooth that no physical attack can land on it anymore, and her body sheds every pound that used to define her. The woman who resurfaces at Loguetown looks nothing like the portrait still printed on her own bounty sheet — even Luffy fails to recognize her, despite their one shared fight.
Her bounty, 5 million berries, is the lowest in this batch — set before the fruit, before Luffy was anyone worth searching for at all. Since then, the two captains have never split up: the Buggy-Alvida alliance survives Impel Down, the aftermath of the war, and now the founding of the Cross Guild, where Alvida holds a front-line position at Buggy's side, far from the lone brute she started out as.
The register still displays the number tied to a woman who's since physically left that version of herself behind — the one bounty in this batch where the face and the figure belong, in effect, to two different people.
