CONFIDENTIAL

The Supa Supa no Mi turns any part of the body into a steel blade — an arm into a sword, a leg into a cleaver, a finger into a point. Daz Bonez, alias Mr. 1, the highest-ranked man under Baroque Works, wears the kanji for one tattooed on his chest as a mark of rank, along with a nickname carried over from his past as a West Blue bounty hunter: the Killer. Calm, disciplined, confident to a fault, he turns that fruit into a total weapon.

During the civil war at Alubarna, he fights Zoro without ever drawing an actual sword, since his own body already serves as one. The duel turns into a technical turning point rather than just another fight. Facing an opponent who can strike from any point on his own body, Zoro learns to read the breath that precedes each blow instead of the motion itself — a method he goes on to reuse against far more dangerous opponents later. Daz Bonez loses the duel, and with him Baroque Works loses its most reliable enforcer at the exact moment the whole organization collapses at Alubarna.

Seventy-five million berries: the material thins out fast after Alabasta — no confirmed reappearance, no trace beyond the arrest that follows Crocodile's fall. What remains is the role he unwittingly played: the obstacle that forced a future first mate to change his entire approach, a fact no line of his own file ever credits him for.
