Doc Q’s WANTED poster with a reward of 72 million Berries.

They call him Death God, and the nickname turns against him: Doc Q has been dying since birth, from a chronic illness never named on the record, his complexion as pale as the patients he treats. Standing 342 centimeters tall at 28 years old, he carries purple tattoos running from his hairline to the corners of his eyes, and a knotted cord around his neck that reads like a hangman's noose. His Devil Fruit, the Shiku Shiku no Mi, which inflicts disease on others, was only revealed in chapter 1063, years after his first appearance back in the Jaya arc; he was already fighting bare-handed then, with no one aware he carried a Devil Fruit at all.
He never travels without Stronger, his horse, just as sickly-looking as he is, except Stronger is hiding the Uma Uma no Mi, Model Pegasus, which turns him into a winged creature. Two separate fruits, two separate holders, one silhouette that looks about to collapse and can still fly the moment it needs to. The record has never had to settle which of the two, doctor or mount, is actually the more dangerous one.
72 million: the second-highest bounty in the crew's founding core, formed back at Jaya alongside Burgess, Van Augur, and Laffitte, ahead of every one of them. A number that, for once, takes seriously what neither the man's apparent frailty nor his job as captain of the ninth ship would suggest.
