Pica’s WANTED poster with a reward of 99 million Berries.

A voice pitched almost childlike comes out of a body the size of the Dressrosa royal palace. Pica has killed people for laughing at that mismatch. The Ishi Ishi no Mi does more than fuse him with rock — on an island built almost entirely from stone, it turns the whole castle into an extension of his own body, giant fists included. Under that form he crushes entire districts of the capital without appearing to notice, collateral damage from a body too large to measure its own footprint.
Roronoa Zoro strips the advantage with a blunt solution: cutting through the stone itself with Haki-infused steel rather than hunting for a gap in the rock armor. The instant Pica loses contact with the ground, he loses the strength the fusion was feeding him — a stone giant lifted off the earth turns out no tougher than an ordinary giant, the same way a certain wrestler in old myth lost his power the moment his feet left it.
The fight never reaches a real conclusion. When Kyros severs the strings animating Doflamingo's puppet atop the clock tower, Pica abandons the duel mid-swing to rush to his captain's side — the one thing that outranks his own wounded pride about that voice. Ninety-nine million berries for a man who put an entire island to work as his own body, then walked off it in the middle of a fight he might well have lost anyway.
