Emporio Ivankov’s Bounty at 100 million Berries

The work gives no figure for this bounty. It gives a floor, and the floor comes from the door that was shut on him. Level 5 of Impel Down is reserved for criminals priced at a hundred million and above, and that is where the Government put Emporio Ivankov — for belonging to the Revolutionary Army, which the outside world did not know: among the okama the story went that he had been taken for no reason at all.

The prison then lost him inside his own cell. The guards talked about inmates spirited away by demons; in fact Ivankov was going down to fetch them and housing them on Level 5.5, in tunnels a fugitive had carved a century earlier, where he reigned as queen over a kingdom the prison did not know it was hosting.

He had been a founder long before that. With Dragon, a Marine who walked out, he built the Freedom Fighters the Revolutionary Army grew out of. He commands the G Army today, the one covering the Grand Line while the other four split the Blues between them, and rules the Kamabakka Kingdom besides.

At Marineford discretion stopped being the point. He took laser fire from Bartholomew Kuma, a fellow founder turned Pacifista and emptied of his memory, and then had to fight him in earnest; he told Dragon afterwards that Kuma had tried to kill him. He kept Luffy upright all the way to the scaffold using hormones that cost their recipient years of life, then threw a Hell Wink at Akainu to slow him down before the admiral put him on the ground. The exact number still has not been shown.
