Ginny’s WANTED poster with a reward of 190 million Berries.

190,000,000 berries: the figure exists, unlike so many other names in the Revolution, but it belongs to a woman who could never benefit from it, or suffer for it, because she had already fallen back into slavery by the time the Government set it. Ginny, once enslaved in the Porco Kingdom, meets Bartholomew Kuma during the God Valley Incident, forced alongside him into a hunting contest dressed up as a competition. The two escape together and go on to help found what becomes the Revolutionary Army.
Twenty-two years later, now a commander leading an entire army, she is forced into marriage with a Celestial Dragon and gives birth to Jewelry Bonney. The Government effectively closes her bounty by re-enslaving her at Mary Geoise, then handing her to Saturn as a test subject for a chemical experiment that fails and leaves her with Sapphire Scales disease. Saturn later repeats the experiment on Bonney herself as a newborn, testing whether a Devil Fruit can be grafted onto a child — the infant survives with the Toshi Toshi no Mi and the same illness.
The number here measures neither a capture nor an exploit — it measures a resistance career cut short twice by the same system, once by chains, once by a laboratory. Ginny dies of that illness shortly after reuniting with her daughter in the Kingdom of Sorbet and leaving her in Kuma's care, decades before Bonney herself would understand any of it, at Egghead.
