Monkey D Dragon’s Bounty at an unknown amount of Berries

The World Government calls Monkey D. Dragon the most wanted man alive. It's a phrase Marine officers use openly, inside their own ranks, and yet no wanted poster displaying an actual figure for him has ever been shown to the reader. The title exists; the number that should come with it is a blank Oda simply hasn't filled in, at least not yet.

The file itself isn't thin, though. Dragon leads the Revolutionary Army from a secret base, Baltigo, with a stated goal that isn't a heist or a single territory but the overthrow of the entire government. He's present at Loguetown at the exact moment a providential bolt of lightning saves his own son, Luffy, from an improvised execution ordered by an overzealous vice admiral; nobody on the scene ever quite figures out why the sky chose that particular day to intervene. It's the only time the story has ever shown them in the same place: Dragon hasn't been shown approaching his son since, leaving Garp alone as the visible father figure in Luffy's life.

That the government names him threat number one without ever publishing what capturing him would actually be worth says something on its own: some bounties exist purely to signal a man worth killing for money. Dragon's, if it exists on paper at all, would mostly exist to say that no one inside the administration seriously expects it to ever be collected by anyone.
