Inazuma’s Bounty at 100 million Berries

The Choki Choki no Mi turns part of Inazuma's body into shears, and those shears cut any solid, however hard. Whatever has been cut then handles like paper: a lock opens, a staircase vanishes behind him, a slab of floor folds over to plug a vent pouring sleeping gas. It is the most complete kit an escapee could carry, and he handles all of it.

The World Government arrested him for what he is, a revolutionary, and sent him down to Level 5 of Impel Down — the floor reserved for bounties of a hundred million and up. That is where the floor printed on his notice comes from: the work gives the level, never the sum. Ivankov, whose second he is at the head of the G Army, pulled him out of his cell and installed him on Level 5.5. And it was Inazuma who, later, found Luffy dying in the frozen forest of that same level and carried him in.

During the breakout he goes down to Level 6 and picks the locks on Crocodile's and Jinbe's cells himself, then cuts away the stairs to Level 3 on Ivankov's order and waits in front of them for him. Magellan arrives instead, and the poison drops him. Ivankov later refuses to treat him with hormones that cost years of life, calling him too important to the organization for that.

At Marineford, hidden in Ivankov's afro since the boat crashed into the bay, he comes out to carve the walkway up to the execution platform. Luffy runs at Ace along a strip of ground Inazuma has just cut loose — until Garp breaks it.
