As Emporio Ivankov's de facto second at the head of the Revolutionary Army's Grand Line branch, that is exactly how he uses it at Impel Down's Level 5.5, Newkama Land, the hidden zone Ivankov carved out between Levels 5 and 6 to shelter transformed prisoners. When Luffy triggers the mass breakout, Inazuma raises all of Newkama Land with him, kicks a Wolf Unit guard flying, and turns the level's physical obstacles into limp, harmless sheets along the way — a jailbreak fought almost entirely without a single blade drawn in anger.

After the timeskip, his role shifts without shrinking: he is the one who relays to Ivankov the call received from Revolutionary headquarters at Baltigo, moments before the Blackbeard Pirates raze the base and force the whole organization to fall back on the Kingdom of Kamabakka.
