Helmeppo’s REWARD poster with a reward of 100 million Berries.

Helmeppo's name only ever meant anything by proxy: as Captain Morgan's son, his entire standing at Shells Town rested on the terror his father inspired — until an unknown pirate named Luffy ended both careers with the same punch. Morgan fell, arrested on the spot; his son, by any reasonable measure, had no more reason left to stay in the Marines.
He stayed anyway. Trained afterward by Vice Admiral Garp alongside Coby — the same pair humiliated together and then rebuilt side by side — he climbed all the way to Lieutenant Commander, reported for duty in Garp's group when the war at Marineford broke out, and later joined the quiet ranks of SWORD, the unit that operates outside the normal chain of command entirely. Nothing in his current file publicly recalls the spoiled boy from Shells Town anymore.
Cross Guild, which has no interest in that kind of personal redemption, gives him one star — one hundred million berries by its own scale, the organization's flat floor rate, the same number it hands any confirmed officer regardless of individual merit. The irony sits entirely in that gap: the one man in the whole Shells Town file who actually changed gets exactly the same score as any anonymous lieutenant commander with no story at all. He and Coby, once separated by fear and rank on the very same island, now answer to the same chain of command with none of that old hierarchy left standing between them. The number doesn't tell his history. It only tells his rank.
