CONFIDENTIAL

Fullbody's entire file is one scene long, and it doesn't end well for him. A Marine lieutenant who came to the Baratie — the floating restaurant run by the retired pirate Zeff, sitting on the line between East Blue and the Grand Line — to impress his date, he insulted the cooking, provoked the staff, and got hurled out after smashing a table: humiliated by a cook who was, at that point in the story, still nobody in particular, long before the name Sanji ever showed up on a wanted poster of its own. The manga never gives him a narratively significant moment again: no rematch, no reported promotion, no second appearance that matters.

That lack of any follow-up is precisely what makes his registry entry worth reading. Cross Guild grants him one star — one hundred million berries under its own scale, the exact floor rate, the number it hands any confirmed officer regardless of individual merit. For a man whose one known deed amounts to a shoving match at a restaurant, that floor rate reads as an honest figure: it isn't claiming any feat, because there simply isn't one to claim.

The irony runs deeper still. The cook who embarrassed him that day now carries a bounty on an entirely different scale from his one-afternoon opponent. Fullbody, meanwhile, stays permanently attached to the single scene where he crossed paths with a future Straw Hat — and lost, without ever knowing who he was actually up against.
