Bobbin’s WANTED poster with a reward of 105.5 million Berries.

A Bishop of the Big Mom Pirates, Bobbin first shows up in the assault thrown at Luffy and Nami near the start of the Whole Cake Island arc, before settling, on the wedding day itself, for an easier target: Sanji, fleeing with the rest of the crew toward Sweet City, still carrying a boxed lunch that Bobbin tries to snatch before getting kicked into a wall. He goes right back to chasing him anyway.
That is where the name that actually matters enters the scene — and it is not a Straw Hat's. Vito, an advisor of Capone Bege's Fire Tank Pirates, shoots him from behind without warning, without a duel, without a single exchanged blow between the two men. Vito's motive has nothing to do with Bobbin himself: he is an outspoken admirer of Germa 66, and in his eyes Sanji deserves protection on that basis alone. Bobbin goes down as a mere obstacle in the path of an admirer who does not even know his name.
105,500,000 berries for a bishop's rank inside a wedding-day chain of command: the figure measures a slot in someone else's ceremony, not a personal feat. The one individual clash the registry credits him with was not even aimed at him to begin with — he simply ended up on the wrong side of a shot meant to protect somebody else, with no further word on his fate ever shown since.
