Page One’s Bounty at 290 million Berries

Page One is the youngest of the six Tobiroppo at twenty, and the smallest figure in the group. His Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model Spinosaurus, an Ancient Zoan, was not found at sea: his elder sister Ulti stole both fruits from Kaido so the two of them could survive a crew where the weak get eaten.

The only fight that belongs to him alone happens well before the raid. Queen sends him to the Flower Capital with X Drake to kill a soba vendor called Sangoro for defying Wano's administration. Page One wrecks unrelated stalls to flush his target out, stops to eat the noodles, and is pulled off his meal by the vendor, who turns out to be Sanji. He takes a kick mid-transformation, shifts to hybrid form and sends the cook through several houses with one swipe of his arm. Sanji was carrying 330 million at the time and he 290, and the manga never shows how that fight ended.

At Onigashima no enemy stops him. Chasing Tama, Nami and Usopp, he spots Big Mom ahead and asks the Emperor to block their way. She had just heard that Okobore had been burned down by the Beasts Pirates: she drives a Conqueror's-infused punch into his neck and he does not get up. An ally, over a fire his own crew had set.

That his figure is the lowest of the six says nothing about that night, since it was set beforehand like all the others. What is known of him afterwards is rarer: seized alongside Ulti by Who's-Who, tortured in front of his sister, then freed by Yamato. When she swore herself to the man who had saved them, he raised no objection and followed.
