CONFIDENTIAL

Under the stage name Queen the Plague, he opens every fight with a dance move first, a raised knee, a funk pose, before the biology kicks in. That's the face most of Onigashima remembers. The lab notes tell a different story: Queen is the one who engineered Ice Oni, a weaponized drug that turns a human body into a living ice statue, and field-tested it on one of the Straw Hats during the rooftop battle itself.

The number, 1,320,000,000 berries, never needed a single dated conquest to climb that high. Queen holds senior rank inside the Beasts Pirates long enough that the government prices him by dossier rather than by headline, no named campaign to his credit the way Jack has Zou, just a title, a laboratory skill set, and a reputation for laughing while administering an experimental poison.

After Doflamingo's arrest at Dressrosa, it's Queen who restarts the artificial SMILE production line at Wano, feeding Kaido's army disposable soldiers carrying botched Zoan powers — a second life given to a technology everyone assumed was buried with its inventor. On Onigashima's rooftop, it's finally Sanji's blazing Diable Jambe, only just mastered thanks to his Raid Suit, that ends his reign.

The account closes right there. Unlike Jack's, which stays open for lack of confirmation, Queen's poster carries the closing stamp, one of the rare cases on this dataset where the comic costume and the biohazard file end on the exact same line.
