Sai’s Bounty at 210 million Berries

Sai is the thirteenth head of the Happo Navy, the fleet of the Chinjao family from Kano Country in West Blue. It is a pirate fleet, at least under his grandfather Chinjao, yet at Dressrosa it is also acting on orders from its king. When Sai reaches the Corrida Colosseum he still looks like the heir: the title of Don and the legend belong to the grandfather, a rival of Garp and Roger.

In Block C, Sai takes out both Funk brothers, Kelly and Bobby, with a single kick, then fights Ideo to a standstill before Luffy knocks him off the ring. His art is Hasshoken, his country's fighting style, which drives shockwaves straight through shields and guards, and he pairs it with Armament Haki.

His stature comes after Doflamingo's fall. With a Haki-coated Kiryu Kirikugi he defeats Lao G, wanted for 61 million, splitting the hillside with the blow. He also bends his grandfather's head with a kick; Chinjao then passes him the title of Don and admits that his grandson has surpassed him. When Luffy's allies form the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, the Happo Navy becomes its third ship and Sai drinks the sake of the oath.

His 210 million is known only from a Vivre Card, and the story does not say when it was set, before or after Dressrosa. It sits well short of Chinjao's 542 million, even though the old man rates his grandson above himself. Around the same time Sai breaks off a political engagement to the daughter of the Niho Navy's chief and marries Baby 5, a defector from the Donquixote Family.
