Caribou’s Bounty at 210,000,000 Berries

Two hundred ten million for a man who has never once won a fair fight. Caribou survives on his Devil Fruit, the Numa Numa no Mi, which turns him into a swamp that can swallow an opponent whole — an escape weapon, not a conquering one. He found that out by bursting out of a barrel meant for Sabaody, thinking he was stowing away toward Fish-Man Island and instead landing in front of the Straw Hats, whom he briefly joins against the New Fishman Pirates before betraying them the first chance he gets, true to form.

His bounty survived an actual capture. Taken prisoner at Udon under the Beasts Pirates during the occupation of Wano, he joins the Alliance once it rises up against Kaido, then rides the Sunny all the way to Egghead, tolerated by Luffy rather than welcomed aboard. What he's carrying there is worth far more than his own price tag: he knows Poseidon exists at Fish-Man Island, that Pluton is hidden at Wano, and that Shirahoshi is the code name Neptune — three facts no wanted poster can measure in berries.

At Egghead he's looking for a way to reach the Blackbeard Pirates, hoping to sell what he knows instead of carrying it alone through yet another escape. Two hundred ten million is the price of a man dangerous not for what he does, but for what he's ended up learning while running from everyone.
