Demalo Black’s WANTED poster with a reward of 26 million Berries.

The poster Demalo Black waved around at Sabaody read 400,000,000 berries. His own, the real one, reads 26,000,000 — fifteen times less.
Captain of the Fake Straw Hat Crew, he had stolen Luffy's face to recruit at Sabaody during the two-year separation, right up until Sentomaru arrested him in person. The lesson does not stick. Once free again, he runs the exact same con at a smaller scale: this time posing as Eustass Kid, with three accomplices named Drip, Turco, and Manjaro filling out a fake set of Kid Pirates. The group is caught and locked up at Marine base G-4 — still held there years later, at the very moment the Egghead incident and Vegapunk's worldwide broadcast make headlines across the Grand Line, proof that nobody has ever thought it worth releasing or relocating him since.
What the file remembers of him, then, is not one spectacular impersonation but a method repeated without the slightest improvement: he never runs a real crew, never cares about the men he recruits to play a part, and falls back on the same trick the moment a prison door opens again, changing only the borrowed name each time.
26,000,000 berries is the price of a man whose entire talent lies in borrowing someone else's name — never in making good on his own. The figure has stayed fixed ever since that second arrest, with no release, and no third scheme, ever shown.
