Six years old. That is the record attached to this entry, and nobody in the series has taken it from her: the youngest head ever priced on the page. Nico Robin at eight is the nearest comparison, and Robin at least had a Buster Call and a skill the World Government feared behind her file.

Linlin's file has a village in it. Her parents left her on Elbaf at five because she was already too large and too destructive to keep, and handed her to Mother Carmel, who took in children of any race at the Sheep's House. On her sixth birthday Carmel and every child in that house vanished during the meal. Linlin woke with the powers of the Soul-Soul Fruit and no idea where they had come from. The series leaves very little doubt about what happened and has never let her understand it.

What followed was not a career. She went to sea with Streusen, a pirate cook who had watched the whole thing and decided to attach himself to her, and began flattening villages for sweets while he handled the treasure. The giants of Elbaf, who fear almost nothing, stopped saying her name aloud.

That is what this amount answers. Not a strategy, not a crew, not an ambition, but a child that no institution on the island could physically stop. It reads less like a criminal record than like a warning to shipping, issued by an administration that knew exactly how old she was and priced her anyway.
