This is the number she was still carrying the day Rocks D. Xebec recruited her. Multiply the previous one by ten and you have it, a rise that happened while she was still a child, and the last known value on her before four decades of silence.

The increase reflects a change of method rather than of scale. She stopped raiding islands and started taking them, offering the inhabitants a choice between joining her country and dying. By then she was fighting alongside two souls cut out of people who had not volunteered: Zeus, a thundercloud, and Prometheus, a small sun, both built to carry her own power rather than to serve her.

Then she joined the Rocks Pirates and the amount stopped moving. Rocks had assembled a roster of future Emperors on Hachinosu and took God Valley; the crew was broken there by Garp and Roger working together, Xebec died, and every survivor walked away to build something enormous. Linlin left that island with precisely the figure she had brought to it.

That is the quiet point of this entry. Through the entire period in which she stood closest to the centre of the most dangerous crew in the world's history, the Government's estimate of her did not move by a single berry. Not because she had slowed down, but because God Valley was buried, and buried with it was every witness who could have priced her properly.
