Urouge, nicknamed the Mad Monk, is one of the few surviving members of the Worst Generation whose Devil Fruit remains, chapter after chapter, a power with no official label — a Paramecia that converts every hit he takes into added muscle mass, so that attacking him is closer to feeding him.

Captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates, trained as a monk himself, Urouge is one of the twelve names unveiled together at Sabaody, the moment the press first coins the label Worst Generation — grouped in a single announcement alongside Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Law, and the rest. His timeline then runs against most of them: during the two-year timeskip, he pushes into Big Mom territory and defeats Charlotte Snack, a Sweet Commander worth 600 million — only to be overwhelmed in turn by Charlotte Cracker, called in as backup. The name that finally stops him isn't the one that had made him famous in the first place.

His bounty, 108 million berries, matches his pre-timeskip reputation and has never been revised since his push into Big Mom's territory — a number frozen two years before the fight that actually defines him. He's been all but absent from the story since. The register ends up holding a figure that says nothing about his most notable clash, attached to a power Oda himself has never bothered to name.
