Charlotte Oven’s Bounty at 300 million Berries

The Netsu Netsu no Mi does not set fires, it heats. Pound's club shatters on his skull without moving him a step, the Nostra Castello runs him over after he refuses out of pride to step aside, and an energy blast from Vinsmoke Ichiji goes clean through him without stopping his orders.

So the 300 million pays an Emperor's officer who governs Yakigashi Island, has men under him, and can make a sea unusable. The Cacao Island blockade is his design: a fleet massed offshore, every mirror on the island smashed on his order but one, on pain of death for the islanders and their families, and an ambush around the one he left standing. He is still upright and still giving orders when the Sunny finally gets past.
