Bounty of Charlotte Chiffon – credible but non-canon

Chiffon grew up without knowing who her father was, and he is not the one who left. Pound, Big Mom's twenty-fifth husband, was abducted to give her children and thrown out the day the twins were born; he asked to hold them once and was refused.

Her own marriage was not hers either: she married Capone Bege to seal the Fire Tank Pirates' alliance with the Emperor, and the choosing came afterwards. When her husband told her he intended to kill Big Mom, she raised no objection; Bege, their son Pez and her twin Lola are the only family she claims.

Minister of Puff over Funwari Island, her signature is not a fight but a recipe. The substitute wedding cake meant to break Big Mom's craving — the one only Streusen was supposed to be able to bake — is hers. She had the recipe and whipped the base layers alongside the island's thirty-one finest chefs, Pudding on chocolate, Sanji on his secret ingredient. She had stayed behind in Totto Land to do it, against her husband's objections, because the Straw Hats had saved Lola. Then she had the delivery rerouted to Funwari, her own island, to buy them more time.

About a bounty the story says neither yes nor no. What it shows is a Marine interest in her that travels through her husband: at Dressrosa, a high-ranking officer arrests a woman in a barber's chair purely for being Bege's wife, and grabs the wrong twin. Soon after, at the port, an old man tells the sisters he is their father; they do not believe a word of it and sail off without him. He swam after the ship through cannon fire holding up his proof — a photograph of the day Big Mom kicked him out of the family, both cribs in the background.
