    CONFIDENTIAL

Charlotte Chiffon grew up not knowing who her father was. When she was born, Big Mom never even held her before having Pound driven out — a man said to stand taller than Whitebeard, Moria, and Kaido — a fact his daughter wouldn't learn for years. It's only much later, at Dressrosa, that Chiffon and her twin sister Lola finally cross paths with the man who introduces himself as their father. Neither sister believes him, and they leave him behind.

She governs Funwari Island, like most of Big Mom's children handed a territory of their own, but her signature isn't a fight — it's a recipe. At her half-sister Pudding's wedding, she leads thirty-one of Whole Cake Island's chefs in baking a chiffon cake so light it has to be held down to keep it from floating away — a culinary feat distinct from the replacement cake others would bake, on the very same day, for an entirely different reason.

Her marriage to Capone Bege, head of a rival criminal organization, moves her from her mother's camp to a man she chose herself. No bounty has ever sanctioned that choice. A Government that prices Big Mom's combat officers has never had to rule on the case of a daughter abandoned twice — once by her father, once by her own mother's attention — who became a minister without ever becoming a fighter.
