Bounty of Hack – credible but non-canon

Hack teaches Fish-Man karate and jujutsu to street orphans whenever the Revolutionary Army isn't calling on him for something else; the same man lands at Dressrosa alongside Sabo and Koala to shut down an arms-trafficking operation run by the Donquixote Family, well before anyone mentions a tournament. Entering the Corrida Colosseum is just another layer of cover, a way to get near the Mera Mera no Mi without alerting the local jailers to what the real mission is.

Inside Block B, raw strength drops several opponents in one hit each — until he runs into Bartolomeo's Bari Bari no Mi. The invisible barrier doesn't give; Hack's own arm breaks against it, without a single blow having actually landed on him. In the context of the real mission, the loss barely registers: the arms shipment stays the priority, the tournament was only ever a mask.

None of it ever reached an administrative file. Hack fights for an organization that openly disputes the World Government's legitimacy in the first place — getting bountied by the very institution you're trying to overthrow would almost validate its authority. The silence, then, isn't an oversight but a kind of consistency: a weapons instructor who recruits street kids to teach them self-defense has, on the actual record, never committed the triggering act a bounty requires. He has never stolen, never raided, never hit a Marine post under his own name. Only the Dressrosa mission ever put him, once, in front of a named opponent — and that opponent wasn't wearing a Marine coat at all.
