THE ULTIMATE ONE PIECE BOUNTY ARCHIVE

Hatchan’s WANTED poster with a reward of 8 million Berries.

It took nearly two years of the story's own timeline for Hatchan to stop being an enemy and start being a recognized ally, and his bounty never once caught up with that change. As an Arlong Pirates officer at Cocoyashi, he fights Zoro with six swords wielded at once across six arms, until the Tiger Trap technique shatters every blade in a single spinning strike. He's the only officer of the crew to escape arrest once Arlong Park falls.
Nothing else in this registry among Arlong's former men follows a path like his: reinvented as a takoyaki vendor at Sabaody Archipelago, where he befriends the mermaid Camie and her friend Pappug instead of returning to piracy, then back in the fight on the Straw Hats' side during the Fish-Man Island crisis, standing next to Jinbe, a former Sun Pirate himself and the closest thing Hatchan has to an old commanding officer. No source ever mentions his wanted poster being formally withdrawn after that turn; the file stays open, plainly, in the dataset exactly as in the story, with no line anywhere explaining that administrative silence.
Eight million berries, a number that says nothing about the man he became: it freezes a snapshot of an Arlong pirate, not the street vendor turned ally of the most wanted crew in the New World. Of every man broken at Cocoyashi, he's the only one whose paperwork never caught up with the rest of his own story.
