Bounty of Buffalo – credible but non-canon

The Guru Guru no Mi lets Buffalo spin any part of his body like a propeller. He uses it to fly long distances with a passenger on his back and to whip up gusts, and a single burst of rotor wash is how he clears the gas smothering Punk Hazard. Paired with Baby 5, the combination scales up: he whirls her sword form to cut incoming projectiles, launches her as a missile, and the sickle she becomes punches through General Franky's arm.

He is fourteen at Spider Miles, sixteen years before Dressrosa, when young Law joins the Donquixote Family. He has already been tortured for laughing at Pica's voice, and he is the one who catches Law stabbing Corazon in the back, a silence the boy buys with ice cream. He shows the same instinct for a deal with Baby 5, needling her about her ninety-eight million in debt right before borrowing two million for the casino.

Doflamingo sends the pair to recover Caesar at Punk Hazard, knowing full well the Straw Hats are there. Blown back by Franky's General Cannon, Buffalo gets up, grabs Caesar and flees through the sky, only to be dropped by Nami's lightning, then worth sixteen million, and finished by Usopp, then worth thirty. Law afterwards cuts off both their heads and floats them on a raft toward Doflamingo. At Dressrosa, when Kyros beheads a string double of Doflamingo, Buffalo charges him to avenge his young master; the one-legged gladiator snaps his neck and throws him out of the tower. He is arrested with the other officers once Doflamingo falls.

His bounty remains an open question. Oda has said nothing either way, though officers of his rank in the same Family are demonstrably wanted.
