    CONFIDENTIAL

Buffalo's Guru Guru no Mi spins any part of his own body like a propeller — arms, legs, his whole torso. On its own, that is a decent weapon and nothing more. Put to work on Baby 5, whose body turns into a blade or sickle through her own Buki Buki no Mi, it becomes something else entirely: Buffalo spins his teammate's weapon-forms at speeds she could never reach alone. No other Donquixote Family officer builds their own power around amplifying someone else's fruit quite like that.

An executive of the Pica Army, he has been with the crew since his teens — fourteen years old, the same age as Baby 5 at the time, at Spider Miles in the North Blue, long before Dressrosa. Before his fall, he absorbs combined attacks from Franky, Nami, and Usopp without going down, a resilience the rotation alone does not fully explain. It is Kyros, the former royal army captain turned enslaved gladiator, who finally ends his last attempt at payback by snapping his neck and throwing him from the tower.

Despite that documented role, no number for him has ever been shown to the reader. The silence carries no bureaucratic explanation inside the work itself: it was simply never filled in, neither to confirm a figure nor to rule one out — the same gap that surrounds Baby 5, with neither of the two standing in for the other's explanation.
