Bounty of Kuzan – credible but non-canon

No bounty has ever been shown for Kuzan, for a simple reason: for most of his career he held the rank of Admiral, a position the government never puts a price on. It's after he leaves that rank behind that the question actually gets interesting, and it's one the story itself has never settled.

The turn has both a name and a place. At Punk Hazard, Kuzan duels Sakazuki over who becomes the next Fleet Admiral, a fight that wrecks the entire island and ends in his defeat. He resigns from the Marine rather than serve under the man who just beat him in single combat. His raw power had never actually been in question: years earlier, a clash with Whitebeard's crew had already left one New World island permanently buried under a glacier. Years later, the story reveals he has joined the Blackbeard Pirates, commanding one of the fleet's ten ships under the title of Titanic Captain, a former pillar of Absolute Justice now answering to the single most wanted criminal in the New World.

That institutional flip is exactly the kind of trajectory that would make a bounty make sense: the Marine prices criminals, and Kuzan is now one of those in the most literal sense possible. But no wanted poster under his name has ever been shown or ruled out by the story. His Ice-Ice Fruit can freeze an entire ocean solid; nothing in the story has frozen his paperwork just yet.
