Bounty of Aokiji (Kuzan) – credible but non-canon

Ten days of single combat against Sakazuki on Punk Hazard, to settle which of them would succeed Sengoku at the head of the Marines. Kuzan lost, left his left leg behind — he built a replacement out of ice — and carries burn scars running from his neck down his torso. Rather than serve under the man who had just beaten him, he resigned. The fight permanently rewrote the island's weather: half of Punk Hazard has been a frozen waste under endless blizzards ever since.

While he held the rank of Admiral the question of a bounty did not arise. It starts afterwards. A year later, Kuzan runs into the Blackbeard Pirates in a New World bar, freezes several of them where they stand, ends up drinking with them, and agrees to join the Emperor: he has commanded the fleet's tenth ship as a Titanic Captain since. What he does with the post leaves little room for interpretation. He is the one who froze Charlotte Cracker, priced at 860,000,000, during the abduction of Charlotte Pudding from Big Mom's own territory. He is the one who drove an icicle through the chest of Monkey D. Garp, his own instructor, who had come to Hachinosu to order him home — and he said afterwards that capture had never been the plan, killing him had.

A former pillar of Absolute Justice putting the Marines' own hero on the ground on an Emperor's island meets every condition for a poster. As it happens, half an answer exists: a bounty on Kuzan is under consideration at Marine Headquarters. Nothing has been issued, or nothing shown, and the story has not lingered on it — but this particular blank comes with an expiry date.
