Magellan’s REWARD poster with an unknown reward of berries.

No Cross Guild rating exists for Magellan, even though his name is still tied to the most feared prison on the planet. That's not an oversight: after the only mass breakout Impel Down has ever suffered, he was demoted to vice-warden, and Hannyabal, his own longtime subordinate, took his post at the head of the penitentiary. Cross Guild rates officers who face pirates out on the open sea, not a disgraced warden knocked down from a job he'd held for years without ever leaving the island.
The Doku Doku no Mi, which makes him the most poisonous man alive, was still enough to put Luffy on the ground during his first escape attempt, at full strength. His final defeat, forced by Ivankov during the general uprising that swallowed the whole penitentiary, doesn't come from a stronger opponent: Magellan poisons himself, drinking his own toxin to survive the attack he'd just launched against his attackers, and has carried chronic diarrhea ever since — the one detail the story now keeps bringing up whenever his name resurfaces, long after the war.
He's still on staff, demoted but present, in a prison that hasn't had a single breakout since. Cross Guild's silence says nothing about how dangerous he actually is — it just says a disgraced warden, however feared by everyone who's crossed him, isn't worth anyone's money on the bounty market anymore.
