Franky’s WANTED poster with a reward of 94 million Berries.

The increase is modest — fifty million — for the single most strategic act committed at Dressrosa by anyone.
Beneath the palace, Doflamingo ran a factory producing SMILE, the artificial Devil Fruits with which Kaido equipped his army. It was the only known source in the world: without that factory the Beasts Pirates stop manufacturing Gifters, and an Emperor loses the recruitment mechanism his entire mass strength depends on. Franky destroyed it, after a fight with Señor Pink that consumed a good part of the battle and in which neither man would agree to fall first.
Kaido understood what he had just lost well before the World Government did. It was that demolition, rather than Doflamingo's fall, that put the crew on course for Wano.
The register logged participation in the Dressrosa affair and adjusted the figure from 44 to 94 million.
A pattern is becoming visible in Franky's record. Both of his first two bounties punish the destruction of things a great power was counting on: the blueprints of an ancient weapon, hunted by the World Government for decades, and a production line that supplied an Emperor's army. The factory was one of Dressrosa's best-kept secrets — the World Government knew nothing about it, and lost nothing it knew it had. Franky fights, and fights well; but what he can do that nobody else on that ship can do is find the exact point at which a structure gives way.
Señor Pink deserves better than a mention, incidentally. Posted at 58 million, he wore his dead son's bonnet and pacifier because it was the only thing that still made his wife smile after a landslide left her unable to respond to anything else; she died, and he never took them off. Franky beat him and saluted him.
