Drophy’s Bounty at 14,000,000 Berries

They call her Town-Collapser, but Drophy never brings anything down alone: in the duo she forms with Mr. 4 inside Baroque Works, she's the one who talks, plans, and gives orders, while her partner, famous for how slow he is, takes the hits in silence. Under the alias Miss Merry Christmas, this stout, red-haired woman, recognizable by her Christmas-tree-shaped necktie, rattles off her sentences so fast she sometimes only gets out the first syllable, in a high, near-childlike voice — the exact opposite of her partner's pace.

Her Mogu Mogu no Mi, a mole-type Zoan fruit, isn't built for taking hits but for disappearing: she burrows tunnels under her opponents and resurfaces where they least expect it, a digger's power more than a frontline fighter's, fitting enough for someone nicknamed after collapsing towns. During the Alabasta campaign, the duo takes on Usopp and Chopper: Drophy runs the operation from underground, where she has the edge, while Mr. 4 strikes above ground with his giant rifle and his dog Lassoo — that division of labor, never one without the other, defines their one documented appearance in the story.

After Baroque Works falls apart, Drophy doesn't go back to fighting: she becomes a princess at the new Spider's Café, an honorific title that sits oddly against her wartime nickname. The mole fruit, the voice that used to give orders, the princess title that followed — three states of the same person that 14 million berries, a figure never revised since Alabasta, can't sum up on its own for any of the three.
