Portgas D. Ace's final bounty doesn't distinguish between his two careers. For two years he captained the Spade Pirates alone in the New World without ever joining an Emperor's crew; then Whitebeard made him commander of the 2nd Division, the most prestigious fleet then sailing the seas. The ledger keeps only one closing number, 550,000,000 berries, folding the independent captain and the division commander into a single total without ever saying which record weighed more.

It's also the last figure he would ever carry.
