THE ULTIMATE ONE PIECE BOUNTY ARCHIVE

Kamakirigirl’s WANTED poster, whose existence is plausible but not officially confirmed.

Like every other Gifter in Kaido's Beast Pirates, Kamakirigirl carries a mass-produced SMILE fruit — the praying mantis model, giving her blades in place of hands — off Queen's assembly line rather than found at sea like almost every other Devil Fruit logged in this registry. She first appears during the invasion of Onigashima, one face among dozens of otherwise unnamed Gifters thrown at the invading alliance. The World Government tracks captains and commanders; it has never had a field for an interchangeable soldier off a production run, no matter how many of them fight under a named flag.
At Onigashima, though, she briefly steps out of that crowd for one chapter: tamed by Tama's Kibi Kibi no Mi, the same power the young girl uses to turn animals and Gifters alike into unwilling allies, Kamakirigirl switches sides mid-battle and personally tries to talk Roronoa Zoro into standing with Kaido instead of fighting him, arguing the case herself rather than simply falling in line behind the alliance.
The attempt fails, and nothing about the aftermath was ever shown — she disappears into the castle's burning basement as it collapses, and the story never returns to her.
That silence isn't a mystery the Government is guarding. It's the far more ordinary silence of an administration that simply never had access to her name. A bounty for Kamakirigirl would make sense — she fought, she switched sides, she vanished without a confirmed trace — but nothing in the work shows such a file ever existed. The registry hasn't excluded her and hasn't kept her either. It just never saw her.
