That is where the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model Anaconda comes from. The 40,000,000 the World Government lists against her name price a weapon its own institutions put inside her body.

The lie came later, and it was never about her hair. What the three sisters had to hide was the Celestial Dragons' brand burned across their backs; they told the Kuja it was a pair of eyes, the residue of a curse picked up killing a Gorgon, and that anyone who looked would turn to stone. Without the fruits force-fed at Mary Joa, the story would not have survived a week.

What she made of it is hers. She stands over four and a half metres, turns her hair into snakes whose fangs bite like steel, and her Observation Haki is honed enough to string dodges together without ever breaking stride. She takes Luffy's Supreme King Haki on her feet. Where every other Kuja walks with a snake, she walks with a panther, Bacura.

The figure is exactly half the 80,000,000 Boa Hancock was worth at the time — earned on the raiding campaign that persuaded the World Government to negotiate a treaty instead of sending a fleet. Sandersonia was on that ship for it. The Kuja Pirates are not a home guard, and only the island's finest warriors are allowed aboard.
